Ministry Care

Serving your church family and the community is an honor and privilege, but sometimes it’s hard. Leaders can grow tired, endure hurts inflicted by the people they serve, and even experience secondary- trauma as they care for others.

Our Ministry Care program seeks to “bear one another's burdens” by providing time and space for ministry leaders and other helping professionals to process their experiences and pain, both professionally and personally, and encounter the hope and healing found in Jesus.

Individuals or groups, led by a mentor, receive encouragement from God’s Word, time for quiet reflection on the curated Ranch property, worship, and opportunities to pray together for the challenges they are encountering.
