Paul Bauer
Board Treasurer
Paul Bauer is a retired police lieutenant and a Licensed Professional Counselor in a private practice in Pennsylvania. His areas of emphasis include trauma, sexual abuse, PTSD, marriage, and individuals across a variety of treatment disorders. Paul has a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Management from Nyack College in New York and a Master’s Degree in Counseling from Cairn University in Pennsylvania with an Advanced Specialization in Christian Counseling. A published author, he has been on the Living Stream Ranch Board since October of 2023. Paul loves spending time with his wife, Barbara, and their five grandchildren.
Tricia Escalante
Board Secretary
Tricia Escalante has been involved with Living Streams Ranch (LSR) since its inception in 2017 when she became the second rancher to attend. Since that time, she has been involved with LSR as a barn volunteer, worship leader, an actress in the LSR promotional video, “Finding Freedom”, and a prayer partner for the ministry. Tricia graduated from the University of Delaware with a bachelor’s degree in Elementary and Special Education. Previously, Tricia worked with overseas with Youth With A Mission (YWAM) and has worked for 25 years in education in various settings. Tricia’s Living Streams Ranch Board service has included taking dictation for 4 years before becoming board secretary.
Jennifer Ashley
Board Member
Jennifer is the Planned Giving Officer for the Univest Foundation. Jennifer represents the Univest Foundation in bringing charities and donors together through the promotion of planned giving. With over 25 years of experience in non-profit management, Jennifer’s expertise, leadership, and creative thinking skills are an asset to Living Streams Ranch. She holds a bachelor's degree from Ursinus College, her Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law, and a Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy designation from the American College of Financial Services. Jennifer previously served as Treasurer of the board of Living Streams Ranch and a barn volunteer since 2021.
